How to book?
Reservations can only be made via our website in the appropriate section. The calendar is always updated in real time with the actual availability of the restaurant, and in the event that we are full, you will have the opportunity to add yourself to the waiting list.
Is a credit card necessary to make a reservation ?
A credit card is required to guarantee reservation. At this time there will be no charge and the bill will normally be paid at the end of the meal.
Two days prior to the booking, a withholding of the euros 100 per person will be made, in order to check that the card provided complies with the conditions. At the moment you have enjoyed your experience at our establishment, this amount will be released.
The restaurant does not have direct access to the data provided, as they are processed and managed in total security by Cover Manager platform.
What is the modification and deletion policy?
Cancellations and changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the booked arrival time. By continuing this process and confirming the reservation, you accept that in the event of a late cancellation, No Show, or in the event of a reduction in the number of place settings communicated, the restaurant has the right to charge €100 for each cancelling guest.
Is it possible to cancel a reservation ?
You can cancel your table online by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail.
Cancellations by telephone cannot be taken into account.
In case of delay ?
In the event of a delay we ask you to notify us by phone; beyond 15 minutes of unreported delay the table will not be guaranteed.
How to redeem a gift card ?
In order to take advantage of the gift card, it is essential to book in advance via the ‘Reservations – Book with Gift Card’ section by providing the gift card code.
Reservations are subject to the restaurant’s availability and gift cards are not redeemable on Saturdays and holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, August bank holiday, New Year’s Eve dinner, etc.
What menus are offered?
You can choose between two tasting menus or select from our Signature a la carte.
The choice of tasting menu or a la carte is kindly requested for the entire table. In the case of tables with five or more diners, a choice of one of the tasting menus is required.
Is a dress code required?
The restaurant does not require any specific type of clothing, it only asks the gentlemen to avoid tank tops, Bermuda shorts and sandals.
Is it possible to bring children?
We love children.
Children from 12 years old are welcome.
This choice adopted allows us to guarantee all guests, who are cutting their time to spend at our restaurant, the relaxed and romantic atmosphere that they expect to find, characteristic of our restaurant. Even more important for us, is to protect younger children under the age of 12 years, which for needs related precisely to the age, according to our point of view, could and should enjoy spaces, atmosphere and situations more similar and consonant with their needs.
Is it possible to bring animals?
We love animals.
Small dogs are allowed, but considering the intimate size of our room it is necessary to indicate in the notes to check the possibility and a correct reception.
We kindly ask the owners to take care of their pet so that it does not disturb other guests. Otherwise we will have to ask you to leave the room.
