Solaika Marrocco and her team have developed a sequence of dishes for Primo’s tenth anniversary to celebrate the strong and close ties with the area and with Lecce in particular. The mood of the menu is to put at the center the tastes of the guests who, over the last ten years, have chosen what our signatures would be, but also our entire team that has allowed Primo to grow for ten years at the same address as ten years ago, rue 47e régiment d’infanterie at number 7.
